Jessica Nielsen is a Dutch designer & artist with Danish roots. Her signature style is one of bold and bright designs, all of which are at once minimal, colorful, and brimming with energy. You can now purchase her original works through this online shop.

Framing your artwork
Feel free to email me if you would like advice choosing a frame for your purchased artwork.

Shipping
Items are sent in a rigid cardboard envelop and shipped with PostNL (Dutch postal services). Tracking is available for all addresses in The Netherlands.
International orders are sent without tracking. If you prefer tracking choose 'shipment with tracking' at checkout (additional costs apply). 
Customs / import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
>> At the moment shipping might take longer then usual.

EU companies
My shop is set up for individuals, if you are a company in the EU please email me after you have placed your order and I will send you an invoice with the applicable tax rate.

Returns and exchanges
All products are created and packaged with great care.   
A refund / exchange generally only applies when you receive something different than ordered or when the item has a flaw. Unfortunately I can't take responsibility for damages during shipment.
If you would like to request a refund/exchange please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your order and we will work something out. You can contact me via hello@jessicanielsen.nl 
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please do not return items before having contacted me. Thank you!
